As members of the International Air Transport Association (IATA 91-22606) we issue our own airline tickets and as members of the Association of British Travel Agents (ABTA 32471) and there is additional protection there from the ABTA bonds and the services and standards provided by that association to ensure that travel is organised and managed to a very high standard.

As a travel agent we have dedicated staff to arrange ordinary family holidays and personal travel as well as a specialised corporate division arranging groups sponsored by UK Trade and Investment, a government department so the standard and quality of performance from Mercian has to be exceptionally high and we proudly display the symbols in the information column on the right hand side of this page the various bodies of which we are members.
