The 4 star Hotel Tivoli Lagos is situated on a hillside approximately 900 metres from the resort centre.  There are 324 rooms, all en-suite with hairdryer, air conditioning/heating, satellite television, direct dial telephone, mini bar, tea and coffee making facilities, safe, balcony or terrace.

The hotel has three restaurants, an Italian, Portuguese and one serving international cuisine.  During the evening there is live music in the Lobby Bar, or you can relax in the White Lounge.

There are two outdoor swimming pools, a heated indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, gym, massage and beauty treatments, three tennis courts, table tennis, snooker and a games room.  Located on a long stretch of sandy beach is the Duna Beach Club, here you will find a fresh water swimming pool, restaurant and bar. (The hotel operates a free shuttle bus).   The Alvor Bowling Club, which has a large grass green and excellent facilities is close by.
