Alan Reid and Brigitte Theobald

Alan joined the Mercian bridge team in 2001 and since then has organised and run many popular holidays where he continually get a very high rating from the very discerning Mercian clients.  He has been both in the United Kingdom and overseas and he has recently been joined and complimented by Brigitte who is a welcome addition to the team and a great asset.

Alan is an English Bridge Union congress director, a grand master and a bridge teacher.  A past Chairman of the Worcestershire Contract Bridge Association and he is both a player and a selector for the county.  Alan is adamant that all levels of bridge be fun and installs this into his holidays so no-one need fear for aggression in the bridge room as this will not be tolerated and everyone is encouraged to enjoy the holiday and enjoy their bridge.

Brigitte is new to bridge but learning fast but has a vast experience of hotel and holiday industry, a background which helps to make her the perfect hostess to help look after the Mercian clients.
