Looking after our holidays are Abi and Jan.

For Abi, travel, which she has been in all her working life, is her passion as well as her job. Prior to joining the MERCIAN TEAM she worked for British Airways, first as long-haul cabin crew then on ticketing and fare construction. Having travelled very extensively, particularly in the Middle East, Africa and the Caribbean, she is able to provide you with in depth knowledge that is so valuable for doing quality tailor-made holidays.

Jan for many years worked for an Australian Tour Operator, organising travel to Australia. She has extensive knowledge of that part of the world and in recent years has visited Montenegro, one of the most beautiful and unspoilt countries in Europe, which is proving very popular with MERCIAN clients. Jan can also offer first-hand advice of many countries around the world having travelled extensively during her many years in travel.
