HOW MERCIAN TRAVEL CAN HELP YOU WITH LIBYAN BUSINESS VISAS Please see our website www.merciantravel.co.uk under Trade Missions / Obtaining A Libyan Visa, there is Phase (1) and Phase (2) for obtaining a Visa. Phase 2 of the procedure for getting a visa can be avoided but it is expensive, you do not have to go to the Embassy and have your fingerprints taken and produce all the documents and if that is of interest to you then please call MERCIAN TRAVEL. We can process Phase 1 of getting a visa for you. In addition to this if you want assistance on Phase 2 our Libyan agent would be prepared to meet you at the Embassy to ensure that your visa is successfully lodged and he can then collect it a week later to save you a second journey to the Embassy. There is a charge of £25 for this. Please do get the latest up-to-date information from MERCIAN TRAVEL, as the Visa requirements are continually changing. HOW MERCIAN TRAVEL CAN HELP YOU WITH ACCOMMODATION IN LIBYA
We can also secure good, reliable accommodation in Libya for you, whether it be the superb international Al Waddan Hotel or the best of the private hotels. When major events take place in Tripoli, good accommodation sells out extremely quickly, so it is important that you book your accommodation with us as soon as possible.
The large terrace overlooking the Corniche offers guests a unique opportunity to enjoy the North African weather (which is great for 8 months of the year). Snacks and food are served here and clients can even use their wireless internet connections whilst sitting outside on the terrace. They pride themselves on the quality of their food. Our agent can organise visits out to schools and universities, or why not stay an extra night and visit the magnificent antiquities at Leptis Magna.
Whilst the Corinthia is a magnificent hotel it is also very expensive, many of our clients stay in the Thobacts Hotel which is a pleasant private hotel at a fraction of the price of the Corinthia Hotel. It is comfortable, clean and friendly, making a pleasant stay in Libya.
