One of the strategic projects of the Croatian economy is to construct an excellent
motorway network in order to link the continental and coastal parts of Croatia
as well as northern and southern coasts and in that way directly connect Croatia
to the European road and motorway network. Croatia's motorway network will favor
the development of tourism, because visitors to Croatia coming by personal vehicle
or bus will arrive at their destinations easier and more quickly.
